Brilliant house. I'm traveling with three babies, so the hosts quick responsiveness made things convenient. The cleaner was friendly and efficient. Good location. We're coming back in a few weeks time.

Loved this place. The owner is really chill and nice guy. Offered me early check in too. Large room. Clean. Great facilities. Good location. I really liked the pillows, i think they were my favourite throughout my time in thailand.

I really enjoyed the owner and the staff working there. They are extremely kind and caring people. I ran into an issue and the owner helped me out with a second doubt. The cleaning staff were friendly, kind, and empathetic. The room was always clean, with fresh water given every morning and daily cleanings. It also had functional AC and wifi which was very important.

Quite with tropical surroundings. Was very clean throughout and space for parking. Shops were close as well as a laundry 60m away. John and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious property. Included a kitchen, which was very convenient. Close to a range of restaurants, shops and so on, but no issue with noise or any of such disturbance.

Great location, in a smaller side street so you won't hear the noise from the main road. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly and helpful personnel and easy check in and check out. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Super cute garden, good vibes. well working wifi.

I’m a repeat visitor several times. Always happy with what I find. Lovely people, big, clean and comfortable rooms. Close enough to local shops, bars, restaurants etc to walk in 5 minutes but far enough away to be quite and peaceful.

Honestly, everything was great! If I had to choose, then location. The residence is in the quiet street next to the field with palms and cows😍 you don’t hear motorcycles or other street noises! The view from the balcony on the 2d floor is amazing! Even though there is a neighbour’s house, you don’t see each other because of the greenery

Coconoi, is a Very well kept venue. The attention to detail within the grounds make this place so welcoming, matching that of the host. The entire place is super clean! If for some reason your missing something ..you only have to ask. Note. the house maids are wonderful.

I’m a repeat visitor and will be again in the future. Good value, nice hosts, clean and private. Peace and quiet but close enough to anywhere I want to be.
