“Nice, cosy, clean place to stay. great pool and location.”

Pool was well kept but a bit warm. Nevertheless it was great. the water jets were working and water was clean. Rooms were big and had everything you needed. they cleaned them every 2 days which was maybe a bit much but delightful. the location is also great.

Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood few mins walk from 7/11 quiet villas with plenty pool space. Staff were lovely in particular the manager was so helpful. Place was spotless. 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, child friendly, would come here again and again

“Comfortable, clean, and close to everything”

We really enjoyed our stay at Babylon Pool Villas. The location is excellent perfectly situated between Nai Harn Beach and Rawai. Both are within walking distance if you enjoy exploring on foot, and it’s also very convenient for those with transportation. The accommodation feels more like a small apartment, with a well-equipped kitchen that’s perfect for longer stays. There are plenty of restaurants within a short walking distance, and for those who like to stock the fridge and cook, there are supermarkets and shops nearby as well. Everything is clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the on-site laundry facilities are a great bonus. A comfortable, enjoyable stay highly recommended!

“Great for couples wanting to unwind in peaceful surroundings”

We liked the Villa very much it was very clean and the staff were amazing as we decided to leave early as the location was a bit too far away from amenities which was not good for us. The staff helped us talk to booking.com to sort leaving early.

“Excellent location, staff and attitude”

This is No Weed Smoking place, and this is its greatest advantage against many other local hotels which are tolerant. The host, Nipa, is always helpful. Good place for kids to see how much work needed from the staff to maintain gardens and cleaness.

We loved our stay .The staff were kind and friendly. The room is more space for our dogs .Clean and comfy bed .Just 1 little thing the blanket would be soft 😊. Shower AC good Bed comfy ,pool was nice, and the location great, but you need moped or car not far from the beach and town !! Would be back again and highly recommend

Everything was amazing at this apartment. The pool is really nice and the temperature of the water is just perfect. The apartment is very big, especially the living room and one of the 2 rooms. The area is calm and quiet, but you also gave shops around a 5min walk. The staff were very nice and kind.

The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed to switch room it was no problem. The pool is a good size and the gardens are lovely. It’s 1.5km from Nai Harn beach so an easy walk for children. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful with almost no traffuc noise .

“A little Oasis”

Nipha and her team could not have done more to make our holiday special. Lovely pool and grounds. It would be nice to have a smart tv when it gets too hot to be outside in the evenings.

Beautiful place, the room was big and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I arrived earlier and got an early check-in. The location is great - located in a village like area so it is quiet and nice but 3 minutes walk and you get to a main street with shops and restaurants. I loved this place!

“Excellent experience”

Clean, silent, spacious apartment, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent garden with nice trees and a swimming pool. Very good location for exploring the most attractive parts of Phuket. And above all extremely kind and helpful lady Nipha, who takes care of everything you might wish or need - including renting a motorbike, taking massage, eating, swimming, taking a taxi to the airport, etc. Big, big "thank you" to her!

The size of the villa was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the pool. There were some nice cafe's nearby (definitely recommend Coco's). We didn't attempt to walk to the beach as it was hot and a reasonable distance but easy enough to use Grabs to get around. Seemed like a much quieter location than elsewhere in Phuket which was crazy busy. The owner was lovely and very helpful. Appreciated he loaning us some snorkels so we could enjoy Yanui beach.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The little apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. We really liked that it was tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
