They put us in a smoking room without asking, and charged us more when we asked for a non-smoking room The all hotel has a smoking smell and the breakfast is not very good The area where the hotel is located has a lot of bars and drunk people in the streets

“Unfortunately, the stay did not fully meet our expectations.”
We especially appreciated being able to enjoy a cold green tea in the evening. The slippers, bathrobes, toothbrush and toothpaste were thoughtful details, and it was a lovely surprise to find fresh towels and amenities left discreetly in a bag on our door handle, even though we had kept the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign displayed.

Nice hotel in walking distance from Naminoue Beach. Staff was very nice, breakfast was tasty with quite wide range of different japanese/european food and room was tiny, but ok for 2 nights.

“Amazing hotel”
Very nice stuff, they were very helpful. Very good breakfast. Ice cream, drinks (both hot/cold) in the afternoon was very nice Our room was very nice and comfortable. The location is perfect. The stay exceeded our expectations.

“Comfortable stay next to some tourist attractions”
The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an area with free drink machines for hot and cold drinks and a freezer with free ice cream; vanilla, mango and sweet potato. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a room with self service washing machine (300 yen) and dryer (100 yen). The hotel was in a quieter part of the centre. We could easily walk to kokusai dori where there were lots of souvenir shops. The beach and temple were not far on foot. The breakfast was ok. I had self service okinawa soba every morning.
