The Bath in the room was good, shower and bathtub are seperate, so is the toilet. So it made for a very good Bath type experience. Staff was alright when we checked in. The bed was also comfortable for what it is.

Walking distance to all the facilities, as well to the two monorail stations. Walking distance to the street market, to the shopping mall, restaurants, etc. very friendly and help some staffs. Spacious and very clean room for an affordable price.

The room is spacious! I think it’s the biggest double-bedded room I’ve ever got in Japan. We can open up our 2 suitcases without blocking the way.

Very helpful staff, wonderful room, comfy king-size bed, great location. The breakfast was exceptional (2 versions – Japanese and American – same ingredients every day). Couldn’t have wished for a better hotel in Naha. Thank you!

The staff were amazing. So helpful. Even assisted booking tickets for me due to language barrier. Loved the free drinks at bar. Nice to come back to a relax and unwind. Room layout was great. Shower pressure was incredible.. better then mine at home. Parking was easy and convenient but needs to be arranged ahead of stay.

The room is clean and huge enough. 24 hrs reception is great, and it’s easy to find it. There are many different convenience stores nearby. The sound-proof is wonderful, you don’t have to worry about baby’s crying and yelling.

Really enjoyed the spacious rooms (twin beds). Also enjoyed the location, walking distance to both shopping, bus stations and monorail. Hotel offered free beer and drinks, but did not get to take advantage of this, as its only during hours we were out shopping/exploring.

The location is perfect, the hotel is beautiful and spotless. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff: incredible, attentive, and genuinely caring. I had contacted them by email beforehand to arrange the follow-up to a marriage proposal I made on a beach in Okinawa, and they were of tremendous help. Every detail mattered to them, and they carried out my requests far beyond my expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team!
