Staff a very friendly! Hostel is cash only so make sure you’ve got some on you! They can hold your luggage for you prior to check in if you run into the reception!

I booked via booking and it was mentioned that I booked a room that was fully booked. I did not receive my money back. Booking handled it very poorly. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THE HOTEL OWNER IS NOW ENJOYING MY MONEY WHILE I WAS ABOUT TO SLEEP OUTSIDE BECAUSE THERE WERE NO ALTERNATIVES. PLEASE HANDLE THAT INCIDENT WITH SAGADA CHILL-8.

It was a good price for one night. But I wouldn’t stay longer, the futons are super flat so it feels like you sleep on the wood only. Plus there was no sheet for the futon and the bed didn’t look clean overall. Shower and bathroom was good.

They don’t have mattresses or decent futons, it feels you’re sleeping on the ground. Staff was very pushy once we checked out, he didn’t want to store our luggage and he wanted us to leave

The location was good, in the center of Naha. The guesthouse was as nice as the price was.
