The floor of our room was very dirty. The hotel should clean it with liquid disinfecting cleanser every time after a guest has checked out.

Location Sapkota fr Reception was very pleasant & was very willing to help me change my wet comforter due to my carelessness - spilled a bottle of water and it was after Housekeeping had left for the day. Nakasone & Uehara both worked hand in hand to book a private taxi for me (day trip) listening carefully to my requests. A very good experience with them. Nakamo was also very pleasant helping me the weighing of my luggage at Reception - always smiling!!! Very good team you have!!! Do give them a pat on their backs!!!!
