Clean room, city center, good breakfast. Rooms are small but you know this going in so it's not a surprise. Finding big rooms with a low budget is not something that's possible in big cities.

Close to the station, really well set up for travellers. Toothbrushes and shavers in case you forget to pack them. Recommend the twin room as much larger than the double room and has separate shower room. Laundry machines on level 1 were a welcome bonus with wash and dry plus the status of 3 machines is displayed on your TV so you know when one is free and when your load has finished, brilliant system. Family Mart near entrance was very handy for early morning starts too.

The location ( family mart next to it) & the toiletries provide with free drip coffee sachets.

Great location with easy walking from the Shinkansen station. In a pocket that is pretty quiet. The lovely ladies at the breakfast greet you with a smile and you get to pick an A (eel) or B (bacon and egg) option as well as the buffet. The drip coffee bags available at the amenities counter were a great pick me up.

The room was comfortable and the amenities were thoughtful. Overall an easy and affordable stay nearby the station and right about a Family Mart. The staff were really helpful and kind, I appreciated their help during my stay.

Close to station, friendly people. Room was quiet, good beds. Supplies (shaver etc) of better quality than in other hotels, decent filter (dripping) coffee is supplied. They also had a scale to weigh the suitcases before going to the airport. Convenience store in the same building.

Standard sized room, clean and efficient. Located about 5-10 minutes from Nagoya station. Staff were very kind and polite. There are multiple Via Inn hotels around Nagoya station, so look for the Shinkansen platform entrance and exit that way.
