“Best place to stay in Nagoya!”
Comfortable bed, fast wifi, hot shower, filling Japanese breakfast set (has many rice and unlimited coffee) and the location is the best in the heart of Nagoya, very good value and pleasant staff, near the Saizeriya

The elderly staff who serve breakfast are always the highlight of my stay. They are probably in their 70s or 80s, move very slowly, but are wonderful. They take pride in their work and even speak limited English. The front desk staff are wonderfully helpful as well, but the elderly breakfast servers always bring a smile to my face. With a breakfast choice of 4 options, there's something there for everyone.

“Valuable price with good location”
The staffa are nice. The location is good, nearby the Sakae station exit 13 and there are many restaurants around the hotel.

Stayed here from 1 Apr 2025 to 4 Apr. This is one of the most satisfactory hotel experience throughout my travel experience. Staffs were helpful, especially the guy and the older guy with specs (who worked at night shift on 1st Apr 10.30pm) and girls receptionist who helped me to call Airport (3rd Apr 4pm) for my luggage issues, they are very empathetic and tried their best to help me. The older guy greeted me every time he saw me. Room is clean, quiet, with a bathtub and a big bed. Very convenient and strategic location. Provides almost everything you need.

“Simple and Decent Stay”
Was simple and affordable. Location was ok. A lot of bars and clubs nearby but not noisy and they open late. Bed was comfortable and big TV.

“Great value for money with a spacious room”
Great value for money and was a very spacious room and toilet with a great shower and bath tub I have been Nagoya a few times and always stay here as the location is perfect for me. Not far from Sakae station. Staff are friendly and do everything to help

“Really good and comfy!”
Really good hotel for the price. It's in the center of Nagoya and while it's a neighborhood that has noice at night, you cannot hear anything. The bed was really comfy and the staff super nice.

“My daughter's "HAPPY HOTEL". Worth staying here and we will definitely come back.”
All staff is friendly. I mistakenly booked a smoking room instead of a non-smoking so the smell of cigarette smoke still lingers in our room on day 1. Unfortunately, all non-smoking rooms have been booked so the hotel was not able to grant our request to transfer to a different room but I am glad that they have a machine to filter the air and it really helped with the smell. What I like about the hotel is that they clean the room every day. I love the bed, it's comfy. Towels and Robes smell nice and clean. The location is great. It's really quiet in the room at night. It's also child friendly and my 3-year-old daughter calls the hotel "our HAPPY hotel" because of the smiley logo. haha. The heater in the room works perfectly too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to others.
