Fantastic onsen and amenities. Staff were helpful and spoke English. Handy place to stay when trying to get to Ghibli Park and easy connections to the shinkansen.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. Also, the room was very clean. Location is also great - it's close to the subway station, and you can also walk to the Oasis 21 and other city landmarks. If I visit Nagoya again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

“Clean and good location”
The hotel was in a good location. Just around the corner from the Nagoya TV tower. It was very close to a couple of metro stations.

Nice and comfy room. Exceptionally attentive and helpful staff. Great breakfast with affordable price. The facilities are awesome, public hot bath with both the inside and outside sections, coin laundry, ice machine and the massage cushion, every thing made our stay enjoyable.

“The perfect spot to stay in Nagoya.”
The onsen was incredible, it was so nice to come back to and the end of the day to relax and take it easy. The rooms were also super comfortable and great to relax in before going to sleep. The staff here was also exceptionally helpful as they helped organise our luggage being forwarded to Tokyo for us making the next leg of our trip exceptionally easy.

7/11& car park is next to hotel. Lots of eateries are behind the hotel. The bath tub is the Japanese type which are deeper.
