“Nice renovated room. Modern look. But small and really bad ventilation.”

Great location. Close to stores and train station. Room was new and renovated. It felt so new. But very small. If you're not typical japanese size, it's hard to move once you enter room. Shower partition made the space VERY small. Even for japanese standards. They provided kids amenities. Separate elevator for the public bath area was my favorite part. Other hotels don't offer this. It's very convenient and I felt comfortable.

Great location and some interesting shops and things to see nearby. The hotel is accessible and convenient and flexible to short-term stays - the best way to use it.

Check-in was super efficient, public bath was pretty empty when I went in the early evenings & early mornings on both days of my stay. Location was great - easy to find and a good alternative to being at the main Nagoya station which was busier and more expensive. Breakfast inclusive was good value & decent in spread :)

“Convenient and good value business hotel”

Nice enough business hotel in a good central location right next to Kanayama station. Standard rooms are pretty tiny (even by Japanese hotel standards) and not quite so well designed as others I've used. Breakfast was ok and the bath is a bonus.

Clean, comfortable, good location just a short walk from Kanayama station, a decent breakfast, value for money, a nice hot public bath and nice staff.

“A Likable Place with a Fair Few Nice Things to Offer”

What impressed me: 1. Very good breakfast, decent view of the city from the restaurant on the top floor 2. 1-minute walk from Kanayama station 3. Main attractions are easily accessible by metro 4. Nice bathroom, much better than many Japanese hotels of the same rank. 5. Having an onsen is always a plus.

The room and bathroom were a bit small but still very comfortable, especially since I didn't spend a whole day at the hotel. The staff was very nice and the spa in the hotel was also quite enjoyable.

It locates very near Kanayama station and surrounding by restaurants , convenient stores etc. Nice location to stay.

Excellent location, with only a few minutes walking distance to the train station. Hot baths was a bonus for us, kids really liked it. Breakfast was also good, if you sit at the terrance there are good views to outside.

Clean and modern. Good size double bed, comfortable. There are smaller rooms but our room was fine for 2 people. Bathroom very well equipped. Although in a busy area bedrooms were quiet and peaceful. Restaurant on 10th floor has great views across the city to mountains beyond. Very close to Kanayama train station with rail connection direct to Chubu airport and underground trains across Nagoya.
