I happened to be sick during the time I was there, and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting me (due to language barriers) to identify medical care options. It was much appreciated.

We only chose this for the F1, it was just a quick stop off, it was ok, nothing special, close to shops n train station.

Rooms were so small it was virtually impossible to have an open suitcase. Beds were very hard and pillows barely there. Rooms smelt of smoke. Location was out of the way.

The foul smell of smoke and burn that came from the neighbouring restaurant that tookover the entire room.. I had to open the door to the corridor and put my AC at max in order to get the smell out. It was unbreathable. I even contacted the front desk to make sure there wasn't a fire going on..

I’m a little concerned about the water area. Accommodation cost is perfect. I would like to use it again. The people at the reception are also very nice. Thank you so much for your support.

the rooms are perfect and equipped with a microwave in the room, making it easy for visitors to warm up food without having to leave the room

The size of the room was the biggest we have stayed in around Japan this far. Front counter staff member was friendly and spoke great English, very accommodating.
