This was the best of the 5 hotels we stayed in while in Japan. Whilst slightly further away from station, still easy flat walk. The room was large and relaxing, and really nice bathroom

Everything, lovely staff, clean room. I like how the door was as far away from the bed to reduce noise. Great size bathroom.

Quality and convenience. The staff found information on the local attractions even though they were not familiar with the ones I inquired about. Recommended Tsurumai Park which was fabulous to see full bloom Sakura. Staff organised luggage forwarding service for us, which was fantastic.

Very good value for money, a spacious room, and it made it possible for 2 adults and 2 children to stay in the same room. The children slept in a slightly wider bed, there were two of them in the room, plus an extra bed. The breakfast was very extensive; I recommend taking it. On the morning of departure, the hotel staff arranged for our luggage to be sent to Tokyo via Yamato, so we were able to travel light overnight in Hakone. When we come back to Nagoya, this will definitely be our place to stay again.

Sadly I only stayed 1 night at Nagoya because not only the city was amazing but the hotel as well. Definitely the best room I stayed in during my Japan trip, price very affordable and the location was amazing. Will definitely book in again on my next trip and for at least a week.

The hotel was central and allowed us to walk there from the station. The room was very comfortable with good sized single beds and crisp linen. The bathroom was modern and spacious. It was a comfortable base for us for a couple of nights. Breakfast was also adequate, varied and tasty. They were also happy to hold our luggage after check out securely for us to return and pick up later in the day.

Close-ish to Nagoya Station, multiple buses and subway lines available. A plethora of food and drinks option all around. Near Shikemichi old quarters, very fun walk.

Location is good. 3 minutes walk to Don Quijote and many food choices around. Rooms are bigger than the standard japanese hotel room. Parking is just next to the hotel. There is a small area in front of the hotel to unload and load luggage. We can walk to Nagoya Station (about 16 mins). There are a few parks within walking distance for our toddlers to run.

It was so spacious for us! Huge bathtub for relaxing after thousands of steps a day! Highly recommend

“Clean, modern stay in heart of Nagoya”

Rooms were very clean and modern. Large size for Japan and super comfortable beds. All staff were very friendly and we loved the breakfast buffet. Would stay again - perfect place to stay for getting to the Formula 1. Central spot close to restaurants. Shops and train.
