Good mid priced hotel. Nice breakfast. Interesting touches in the room e.g. automatic back/foot massaging machine. Nice modern bathroom. Complementary glass of wine for each guest.

“Hotel Forza is now our favorite hotel in Nagoya”
Hotel Forza is the best hotel we've stayed at Nagoya! It is modern and tastefully designed with a pleasing colorful palette. The rooms were spotlessly clean and complete with amenities. The bed mattress was so comfortable that I had the most restful sleep I've had after a long time. Also, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide selection of Japanese and Western dishes—all very delicious. With its location in the downtown area of Sakae, it was a perfect for dining, shopping, and simply strolling around. We are returning to Nagoya for a fourth time soon, and we will definitely stay at Hotel Forza again!

Breakfast was great. Very close to a park and shopping facilities. I liked the foot heater massage thing in every room. The staff were wonderful and accomodating.

Stayed 5 nights, room was fine — but service was extremely disappointing. We checked out on 7/4 and asked to store our luggage for 2 days while traveling to Kyoto. The concierge flatly refused, with no flexibility or willingness to help. We ended up bringing our luggage to Hotel Nikko Style instead, where storage was not an issue at all. The situation with complimentary water was also frustrating. Since we didn’t use housekeeping, we had to go down daily just to request water — and each time felt like we had to beg. On a rainy day, our request for 2 bottles was even rejected because we had already taken some earlier. Completely unreasonable. This is my 7th trip to Japan, and the first time I’ve encountered such poor hospitality. Would not recommend. Unhelpful concierge, no luggage storage, overly rigid and unfriendly service.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I arrived on a rainy day and one of the staff gave me a towel to dry myself and my bag which I thought was very kind. The buffet breakfast was amazing. It helped me very much each day I was there as I was travelling to the F1.

Very well designed and clean, clearly oriented as a business hotel. Coffee corner with wine situated close to check-in counter is an excellent plus.

“One the poorest experience among my many stays in Japan”
The room was rather small and the design delegates space to the shower place instead of room. Our experience with the staff was very poor - in the room there was a very hard pillow thus I asked for another softer pillow, and to my surprise, the answer was No. Never encounter a hotel which refused to provide extra pillow. I asked to exchange for a softer one instead and it was still a No from the super unhelpful receptionists. I find this ridiculous. Another comment is the receptionists, they are super unhelpful, whatever you asked, they just say No, obviously poor in english and instead of trying to help, they just refused all request to save their work and time. I would never stay in this hotel nor recommend it to anyone.

“Repeat visit”
Location, modern design, facilities, and friendly staff. Restaurants and shopping options are all within walking distance. I left a pair of trousers in my rush on checkout day. Was able to get the trousers back upon return!
