Couldn't recommend more this hotel, we wanted to stay longer! The room is so spacious, has all the utilities needed, the bathroom is so comfortable with a bath. We had a room on a high floor and could admire the view of Shanghai. It is also very well located in the center of Shanghai close to everything by walk or by metro. The staff is really nice as well.

“A city oasis surrounded by Greenery”
I love this hotel! It's like a little oasis surrounded by green trees because of the nearby park. The room was very large for a Japanese hotel room and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would definitely stay here again if either came back to Nagoya.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive making sure I was aware of what they had to offer guests. I especially enjoyed the onsen they had onsite which was tattoo friendly I have a full sleeve and leg tattoos and this was not an issue. There was both and indoor and outdoor bath and it gave an extra touch of comfort during my stay. The room and bathroom were large and comfortable. I fell asleep quickly and woke up well rested.

The location was good , they look after luggage the staff was friendly and supplied us with another key card no charge when we lost ours. Good laundry system. Easy to use. They have hot pools. The hotel was modern and clean. I liked how it was close to this restaurant called Mughal Palace was the best Nepalese food I've ever had.

I like the Onsen/public bath. It may not be big, but have all I want including a sauna, a cold bath and an open-air Onsen. The helpful staff speak good English. It also close to busy area with lots of stuff to do.

“Great value & location”
Well thought after modern design throughout. Staffs are young & super friendly. In walking distance from both Sakae & Nagoya Castle. We enjoyed some local food and karaoke at night and, after the checkout, left our luggage at the front desk to walk to the castle, watched ninja performances, and ate misokatsu at Yabaton. The room is modern, clean, functional and spacious by Japanese standards. Spa on the top floor was a big plus.

“Awesome hotel in Nagoya, ticks all the boxes and then some :)”
Best thing was the large room, a lot more spacious than usual hotels here in Japan where you can fit two opened out luggages with ample room to still walk around and the dimmable lighting which I haven't come across yet in other hotels. Others of course are: very convenient location, clean room, friendly staff, milk vending machine to accompany Onsen. Counter space at sink area, large sink, modern aesthetic Would definitely stay here again if revisiting Nagoya :)

“Awesome stay within 2 stops from Main Nagoya Station”
Hotel was a fast 5 mins walk from the nearest station. Room was comfortable and clean no complains. The outdoor bath was awesome with free ice-pop available after a hot soak. Staff was very friendly as well that will try your best to answer your queries. Will definitely visit again!
