1. The location is excellent, only a few minutes to the Nagoya Station. 2. The facility provide a green tea, hot water and cold water drink machine and a miso soup machine for free 24 hour. 3. Relatively clean. 4. Some staff are friendly.

The free cold and hot drink (including miso soup!) dispenser was a blast! The place is a bit cramped but well organized. The ground floor common space is a bit small but at least there is one and you can have your meal there using the provided microwave (and with hot miso soup then again! :P). The location close to the railway station is very convenient.

The staff was absolutely amazing. We had some questions on a very specific subject and they went completely out of their way to help and get information. Amazing Free hot drinks also is great, facilities are clean and staff don't noisily start cleaning the room at 9:30 am like in other places. Really enjoyed the stay here

A very comfortable stay and super friendly staff! Also located close to the station, shops and restaurants. The womens dorm felt safe and cozy.

I have been to this hostel twice because of the position, the price and the accommodations. It is located near the station so it's perfect if you plan to travel a lot by train during your stay. The beds are clean and comfortable, the curtains let a bit of light in but nothing too bothersome. The place is super clean and the womens' floor smells amazing. They have hairdryers and hair straighteners, the showers are spacious and with a lock on each door. There is a luggage storage space on each floor, and they offer free locks. Near the bed they also have a small safe, but if you want to store youe co.puter etc. you can also rent a locker. You can use their washer and drier (the drier takes about two or three times to fully dry the clothes tho). Staff is friendly! Overall, will definitely come back when in nagoya.

The location is very convenient within a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station. There is a small TV and safe deposit box in each pod compartment, and also they rent lockers with a lock for keeping valuables (with a refundable deposit of ¥1,000), which is very helpful to keep important things. There are rental make-up products and hair driers and facial steamers and massage tools, which was very nice as I could try the things I was curious and interested in. The reception staff were all very courteous, professional and efficient and helpful. There are complimentary drinks including green tea, english tea, coffee and miso soup. There are toaster, microwave and fridge on the ground floor, and laundry machine and dryer on each floor.

Ridiculous luggage storage policy. After 10 AM they do not receive your luggage even if on booking it says they do

A convenient spot near the station and the place is clean. Lots of useful amenities and the luggage is in a separate area so we are not disturbed by other travellers. They have free drinks and miso soup that's a nice offering!
