The front desk staff Ms. S. Kawaguchi was very helpful and super nice. She helps us to find our bag which we left on the train. Really appreciated her helps.

“Passable hotel with a convenient location in Nagoya”

The location is very conveniently located about a block from a metro station. Very quick access to Nagoya station. The staff were friendly and assisted me even when they had no obligation to do so.

The smell when you walk in like a spa. Clean, good choice of amemities and great staff. The location is perfect.

Smoker floor available in contrast to other APAs but no Smoker Room. Great array of services and capsule coffee delivered to the door every day. Rooms are WAY bigger than other APA's room. The lobby is great and has a piano that anyone can play without booking. The staff was so helpful when they offered medic assistance to a friend with their kit. Location is impecable, just in the heart of Sakae, I was able to go play in my favorite Mahjong Parlor as much as I wanted which was pretty nearby.

The location was convenient - near sakae train station, within the shopping area, just behind are Oasis21 and Mirai Tower. Staff were very helpful during check-in,made every effort to communicate in english. Many konbinis and restos around too! Lastly, my son enjoyed playing the piano in the lobby 😃

Great location, lots to do close by, heaps of restaurants. Great clean rooms, spacious by Japan standards. Comfortable beds and friendly and helpful staff. Great parking facilities too. Will come back on our next trip for sure.

Convenient to subway and so many attractions.

First off staff were very friendly and helpful but have a translation app handy if you need to communicate. We had no problems and were able to communicate well. The hotel has an automated check-in terminal with English options. Also in the room they have an information service on their TV with english options and some movies to watch in English and Japanese. The room itself was clean and very comfortable with some free amenities. There was a fridge there but be sure to flip the switch to turn it on. Location for the hotel is very convenient with lots of shops and tourist attractions a short distance away. Also to note is that the hotel offers a luggage storage service in case you need to leave luggage with them if you should arrive early or want to sight see on the day you check out. If checking in a lot of luggage I would play it safe and let the staff know in advance if you intend to use the service and if it's ok.

Everything is good. I like the pillows. They have 2 kinds of pillows on the bed. The staff also helpful. We're driving so met the parking staff who show energy when service and try to communicate with us.
