Great location good clean and modern. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very poor and served in the hotel next door.

“4 night stay”
Located very close to nightclubs with patrons celebrating all night and early morning, which can make sleeping difficult. The area is also left with rubbish everywhere which makes it seem a bit seedy. Hotel ok. Usual small rooms and bathroom which were expected. Funky bathroom smell- airfreshener in room. Air-conditioning hit and miss- hot and airless, then freezing cold.

The room was has expected for the type of hotel, I've used in the pass this group of hotels. In the room you had a desk, TV with satellite channels and refrigerator. A bath, free toiletries and slippers. Amenities include an electric kettle and hairdryer. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was very clean. VOD was free to use. It was well situated for my purposes

Located in very good location, 5 Minutes Walk to SAKAE station. You can find good restaurants and shops around SAKAE and Odori. Just 450yen = taxi from SAKAE
