“would not stay there and will not recommend.”
Breakfast was like lunch or dinner with curries and other foods which in Japan may be had for breakfast but I do eat butter chicken or curries for breakfast. Location was ok. Perhaps supplement the breakfast foods like the curries and chicken wings with cereals. Better coffee an idea.

“Excellent value hotel”
Good location. Very clean. Good amenities. Very useful to have access to microwave and washing machines. Decent size fridge in the room and kettle. Staff Very helpful and polite

The location is very close to the subway station. The room's soundproofing is good. The breakfast, including the naan and curry, is delicious.

The room was great clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment no cereal or bacon or sausages for westerners just curry for breakfast just panochocolate and pastries 2 out of 10 for breakfast

It was APA so I had come to expect for the brand is and I had a good time staying here. The room was perfectly sized, the amenities were there so really it's a nice sized room to spend a couple of night.

The location is great and the price is also unexpensive. The room is clean and there are some convenient stores nearby. You can walk to "Sakae" in 10~15mins. Even it is not a very popular location but it's still convenient and quiet.

“Great stay!”
The room is clean and spacious enough to open your suitcase. There is a nice private bathroom and a tv in the room. The location is good, close to a popular area and a subway station.
