We experienced a major flight delay due to a severe typhoon. Throughout the chaotic situation, the online customer service team at AFP Villa was absolutely incredible. Their response time via WhatsApp was lightning-fast, and they genuinely showed deep consideration for our travel safety. Instead of rigidly sticking to standard rules, the management team demonstrated immense empathy, human touch, and great flexibility to help us resolve our issues smoothly. It is rare to find a host that cares so much about their guests' wellbeing during a natural disaster. Because of their wonderful hospitality and reliable communication, we will definitely book with AFP Villa again on our next trip to Okinawa, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible and caring host!
