Very clean and quite spacious for Japan with a comfortable bed and 2 TV / Beamer with Netflix and co. There even was a washing machine and drier in the room.

Nice, self check-in hotel close to the sea with view of it. Self check-in was easy with code. Emails about check-in were in japanese only. Learned some new words reading those :-). Had a washing machine in my unit. Which was a huge bonus.

“Nice Business Hotel”

The room was very large and had everything that you needed. There was a washing machine and a dryer and they provided detergent. The bed was fairly comfortable and there was also a couch and a TV with a Netflix account from the Hotel. The balcony was nice to step out but on the third floor I was only able to look at the sewage facility on the other side of the street. I was provided one set of towels, razors etc. per night that I stayed. The Christmas decoration was a nice touch and on the first floor where you enter there was a TV that showed the movie Sister Act on repeat. A lot of restaurants, izakayas and konbinis were reachable in about 10 to 15 minutes walking. The nearby beach in the 21 Century Park was very nice and you could catch a beautiful sunset there.

“Lovely hotel with large room”

The room was clean and very large. There was a washer and a dryer. There was free parking and a lift.

Self check in works the best for me. The sizes and importantly it comes in a washing machine plus dryer (with washing powder)

“Wonderful hotel in Nago”

Nice and spacious room with all the needed amenities. The location hotel was great for exploring the North side of Okinawa by car. Nago has plenty of options for food and shopping. The check-in and check-out all went through messaging, but all smooth and without any issues. There is a free car park on site.

There was no receptionist or any staff present so if you need help with anything like request to leave your luggage at the hotel earlier, you'd need to call them and speak in Japanese. I could just about muster all of the rusty N3 that I had to request for luggage drop off, but the staff on the phone was very lovely and opened the door remotely for me to drop my luggage. I really liked the size of the apartment, that there was a washer/dryer setup too, and free parking.

“Excellent and comfortable stay in Nago”

We stayed at one of the apartments for 3 nights and we really enjoyed it. We chose it over other places because we wanted to have a kitchen to cook a couple of meals and it had everything we needed to do this. The single beds in the room was very comfortable, the pillows were memory foam which you really don’t find often, the air con was strong (we even had to turn it off during the night) and overall we had all the comforts we needed for a pleasant stay. We also enjoyed walking around the beach and watching the sunset in such peaceful way, it was so unique. There are bus stops close by which we used to do day trips and travel back to Naha. Excellent choice for us! Ah! And the washing machine was very good (detergent was provided) and the dryer was the best dryer I have used in my life. It dried our clothes in half hour. We had no problems or complains.

“Impressive unit”

Amazing stay, very modern, they thought of everything, you have everything you need in this tiny unit: separate shower and toilet, kitchen, laundry and a balcony with the view to the ocean.

“Great apartment stay”

The conmunication and digital entry were efficient, the room big sized and great fully stocked laundry with washer & dryer, great shower, great toilet, enjoyed the lounge chair setup too. Comfy bed, nice outlook and good location. Easy parking and everything worked well.

Nice and comfortable rooms with large window and view to the port. We particularly liked the small table in front of the window for diner with a view.

Very clean, comfortable, sufficient space for 2 people, smooth check in and out, and nice location (near park and food/bakery/coffee options)! Theres even washing machine, hangers and clips for drying clothes. Really amazing. Happy I stayed here and would book again if I were to visit Nago again
