A nice clean and modern apartment. Great location and much quieter than I’d expected.

The property had all we needed - gym, pool, bike room. Maurizio is very nice and helpful, taking a great care of the house and surroundings.

“Very comfortable apartment”

We stayed here for 9 days in March. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with all the mod-cons you hope for, i.e. dishwasher, microwave, good stove, TV, powerful shower etc. We stayed here primarily for climbing and via ferrata and this location is very well place for those. You require a car for most venues which are within about 10-15 minutes drive but some climbing places are actually easily walkable straight from the accomodation! The building is near a fairly busy road but the rooms are quiet and the gardens are on the other side of the buidling so it feels very calm inside and in the garden. The garden is very big and communal, we were really there in the right season to make the most of the space but i imagine the pool is a nice bonus when it's warmer. There is a small gym room with ice machine and lots of areas for chilling on the site. There are a few hotels and restaurants within walking distance.

“Beautiful apartment ideal for a stay with a dog”

The modern furnished ground floor apartment had everything you needed. We were 5 adults and two dogs, which I really appreciated. Beautiful garden with barbecue and outdoor swimming pool. Excellent location and accessibility for walks in the vineyards, or for tourist attractions and Lake Garda. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. We will be happy to come back again😀.

We were all really satisfied with the apartment. Well equipped, nice design, comfortable bed… And the garden is just perfect!

Excellent apartment with beautiful garden.

Lovely clean, spacious apartment, with very comfortable beds and blackout blinds. Silent at night despite being on the main road. Loved having a coffee machine and also the ice machine and washing machine in the communal area. The location was perfect if you have a car - it was so easy to get to Riva, Arco etc and the old village itself is cute to walk around. Nice walk down to Torbole for a swim/ dinner.

Beautiful garden, spacious apartment fully equipped. For us it was perfect!

We liked everything! Warm enough for autumn and winter. Good private parking. Near to the Garda lake. Coffee machine and capsules. The owner was very kind!

“Excellent”

we bought pastries and coffee from the bar beside of the apartment but inside the house there is already a coffee machine where you can make your own coffee. The apartment is very clean, you can find everything you need for your stay there, even the position of it is excellent, there is a garden outside and if you want you can have barbecue. The host is great.

“Unclean place next to a gas station.”

The place was not clean. Even though many items were brand new, the place smelled, and there as a used bandaid in one of the rooms. There were many mosquitoes and nothing to counter them.
