Nice hotel good value for the price

Bad WiFi and the hallway smelled musty

Great location - right in the middle of town; in walking distance to lots of things!

Location, facilities, friendly staff and room is clean and comfortable. Also the room comes with a bathtub, I can fully relax after the long day.

The hotel was in a great location and staff very helpful. Good sized room.

The hotel and staff were absolutely fantastic. So helpful, loved the hotel, so happy we upgraded our room, plenty of space to move about.

Wonderfully nice and service minded staff, who helped us with everything during check-in. Very clean and luxurious interior, spacious rooms and great amenities. Excellent location, right in the arcade with about 5 seconds of walking to the nearest tram station.

The location was great. Easy access to the station, trams and buses close by. Also many sights within walking distance.

The property is located in Chuobashi, a short walking distance from some initial amenities and famous places like Megane Bridge, Hollander’s slope, Confucius Shrine, Chinese Headquarter and Oura Cathedral/Glover Park. The hotel gives high quality furniture and bathroom offer for a double, I was located on the 8th floor. The cleaning system is more akin to my liking compared to other hotels, you can choose by affixing the magnet outside the door if you want just the towels changed and trash taken out, or also have the room fully clean. The cleaning ladies and men were all working everyday without end, dealing with people staying in the room and forgetting to affix the magnet outside and communicating well with each other. What I really want to highlight were the kindness of the staff, genuinely hospitable and friendly. S. Hirayama in particular went above and beyond to answer my inquiry via message, prepared pages to bring with me with the desired train and buses so that I wouldn’t miss the last one due to very few runs per day, and provided information for finding vegan food in Nagasaki (a difficult task). The two girls that welcomed me in the afternoon, the woman that was with him and the final girl that checked me out were all extremely kind, polite and patient when the machine for checking in and out wasn’t working without hiccups, the latter immediately came at 5am after I rang the bell for assistance, I didn’t wait even 5 seconds. I don’t know all their names but I gave them chocolate in return as thanks, and would really like if they could be all compensated with a bonus of sort for their great support and welcome, not only it made the stay better, I will be sure to tell my friends that want to travel extensively like me to use Forza Nagasaki as first choice, and I will look further into other Forza hotels in other cities. Really all deserving of a commendation and bonus.

I like the location. A lot of eateries.

Quite roomy by Japanese standards. Good location above a shopping mall. Breakfast was good.
