“Excellent location and friendly service”

The facilities and location were excellent, but most of all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was great. Lounge area was great too, and arranged in a way that makes residents get to know each other.

The living room is very nice, spacious and there is an open kichen with everything you need to cook a simple meal. Shared bathrooms were very clean at all times. Room was very comfortable, we liked it a lot and would highly recommend this place for anyone who visits Nagasaki

“One of the best hostels I've stayed at in Japan”

The common room was super cosy, great place to meet people. The beds were comfortable and had a curtain and a locker big enough for a laptop. The kitchen and everything you needed to be able to cook a meal (except the ingredients of course, but including do herbs and sauces), breakfast was pretty good, though I did miss some protein with it. Location is great!

Nice location, near central shopping area and Chinatown. Room was clean and comfy, and beds had lots of storage space for belongings. The communal space was clean and comfy too.

“Nice modern hostel in central Nagasaki”

HafH is an awesome hostel in the central Nagasaki area, near Meganebashi. Checkin is fairly simple using a website/tablet system that multiple hotels in Japan seem to use. The common area was very cute, clean and had a lot of features (water tower, kitchen, fridge, kotatsu!). The room itself was pretty small but there was space under the bed to store your belongings. Bed and blanket were comfy. Two hangers to hang your clothes up. Staff was very helpful throughout my stay and spoke pretty good English, and when something difficult to explain came up, they were very adept at using Google Translate. Free towels!

The laundromat is free!, beds are comfortable and an amazing lounge area! Need I say more. Also greatly recommend the breakfast.

Big spacious common area. If you wish, you can practice yoga or etc. on the terrace. The private room was perfect, with stylish furniture. Staff is very friendly and supportive. I recommend the breakfast.

“Great place, Great location.”

The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I had slept it, including my bed at home. They have lots of common areas, including areas where you can study. The location is great. Right next to the shopping street. The traml to the station is a short walk away so bear it in mind if you have luggage, but you walk down the shopping street so there's no difficult terrain or anything.

Great location, great facilities, great cafe downstairs and great staff. Did I say it's a great hostel?
