“Good value room but check in process very fiddly”
Great location close to Chinatown and excellent size of room. The washing machine was within the room, and clothes dried very quickly in the shower room. We didn't use much of it, but there were pretty full kitchen supplies. Very good value room.

“Checking in was a hassle.”
Room is pretty spacious. Very good for family stay. Hotel is quite close to Chinatown and the convenience stores are less than 100m away. They don't have a carpark but its easy to find parking nearby even though I needed to drive another round after dropping off the family and luggage.

“A great place to be based out of for an enjoyable stay in Nagasaki. We’d happily stay again.”
It was so clean and well organised. We appreciated that it had a nice little separate bathroom and toilet, as well as a semi-separated lounge area. It was the perfect base for our stay in Nagasaki.

“Make sure you go to the right Grand Base location!”
Good apartment on the edge of China town. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is clean and modern. The train station is at walking distance, but you can also take a bus or a tram.

There was a problem with entering the apartment which took a while to resolve with remote staff. Luckily there was another room available. There was also no elevator which made it difficult with children and luggage
