The room was a good size and had lots of windows so was light. The bed was comfortable and the terrace had a great outlook though the views were obscured by clouds while we were there. They facilitated a car at 5.15am to the viewpoint too.

"Coming from the Malaysian heat, the cold mountain air here was such a treat! The highlight of the stay was definitely the rooftop terrace. The 360-degree view of the Himalayas is spectacular—honestly, you don’t even need to go to the public viewpoint because the hotel rooftop gives you a perfect, quiet spot for sunrise photos. I also joined one of their bike tours, which I highly recommend. Riding through the Nagarkot hills on a motorbike is much more 'syok' than a standard car tour and lets you see the local villages up close. The owner, Mr. Dambar, and staff like Bishal are incredibly helpful and can also arrange guided day hikes if you prefer walking. Excellent value for money—just remember to bring your thermals because it gets very cold at night!

This hotel was brilliant. Location was fantastic and staff were so informative and helpful, we got up 3 mornings in a row to watch the sunrise over the Himalayas and the views did not disappoint! Food at the hotel was great. We had pickup and drop off into Kathmandu for an extra cost, it was very convenient.

Staff are friendly, approachable, and customer service was satisfactory. Family room was good size and beds were comfortable, doona was not warm enough, had to wear thermals to keep us warm inside the bed. Portable heater was in the room but didn't worked and we didnt bothered to disturb the staff as thermals were enough to keep us warm.

Hotel very good for the price - good location, hot shower, WiFi very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with a flight and Bishnu allowed me to use his own phone phone to call the airline, he helped me sort it out. Would recommend.

The property was in a great location in the town. The family room was big and quite comfortable for the 4 of us.
