“Incredible views, delicious food and welcoming staff”

I really enjoyed my time at Hotel at the End of the Universe. It felt like a private nature retreat as I needed to finish a book I am writing. I got to have the ‘camping’ experience, with access to a rustic restaurant and chill out area (with INCREDIBLE food by the way…) and fire pits that you can use everywhere. I was so productive during my stay, and every evening I enjoyed music jams and socialising. The staff are super friendly and made me feel at home… not to mention they are all very funny and happy to be working there. I know some reviews did not appreciate how basic the budget rooms are, and the bugs… but if you don’t like nature, then maybe it’s not for you. If, however, if you enjoy embracing nature, I would definitely recommend Hotel at the End of the Universe :)

The location is great, though it is a little far from the city centre so you are abit far from the shopping area and restaurants. The location alone cant make up for it but you do get a great view.

The entrance to the property was shocking because we arrived late around 11 pm and there was a steep entrance for climbing which shocked us initially

Not the best place to stay but the best restaurant, I would say. No hot water for tents/huts. Toilets are leaking on the floor and not flushing. Linen had hair from previous guests. You are surrounded by trees from most part of the property, hence no view for sunrise/sunset. You can enjoy big garden space and bonfire etc.

The cute hut I stayed in, loved it! Also the view is great and the management is very helpful and nice to chat with! Would also recommended the panoramic view hike.

Lovely stay with lovely host and nice staff! We had only one night and we wished we could spend more time, it's like entering another dimension. Rooms are what we expected from a mountain hotel, but we were looking for experiences more than a perfect stay and that's what we had! Thank you, may we meet again :)
