The hotel staff were really kind. I had to change my schedule because I wasn't feeling well at the time, but they listened to my situation and were very considerate. I couldn't eat much because I had a stomachache, but the food was really delicious.

It being located at a very secluded place tourists should not feel as trapped in terms of food and other entertainment. Quality and quantity of food/ beverages match the price and tourists must have a feeling of of getting value of money.

“Amazing views, nice room”
Huge windows, a comfortable bed, and everything was clean. The location is perfect to enjoy the sunrise. The food is very good and reasonably priced. It’s also a great spot to start hiking from. Breakfast was good, and the staff were always attentive and helpful. I really appreciated that they gave me the room I had actually booked.

“Amazing outlook - Hotel is great at the price. View is 5star ++!!”
May need a bit of luck with the weather- but if the sky is clear you will be treated to a stunning view of distant snow-capped mountains. Get up to watch the sun-rise. Staff very attentive and helpful. Amazing thunder and lightening storm on my first night- power went out but the hotel has backup inverter linked to enough lights to make it all manageable- well done! Restaurant was good (definitely plan to eat here as town is a little way away)

“Great”
The day and night view from the room and resort location was mesmerising, far away from the city as it was just beside one of the 360 panoramic viewpoint. The room was top notch with all the facilities. It's a very remote area so other places are very distant. The place is great for just relaxing and enjoying the heights and view in one place.

“Excellent hotel for viewing Himalayan sunrise and scenery.”
Prompt check in, super helpful staff esp Driver Mr Dai and Mr Chandra. Mr Chandra helped me w my luggage, room service, breakfast and answering all my questions on the Himalayan range. The room was comfy complete w towel, soap, shampoo and coffee/tea making facilities. The flowers and view are excellent. Perfect for those who come for the view or a short stay to explore Nagarkot. I love the mountain cabin concept.
