“Great value with superb service at superb location.”
Great location. Only 5 mins walk to the shinkanshen station. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Great service. Staff was very helpful. They helped to move our car to covered parking space when it started snowing and even cleared the snow from the windscreen. Free welcome drink coupon gave us access to the small executive lounge that offers free sake tasting, soft drinks and beer machines. Coined washing machines and dryers are available too. Washing detergent available for purchase.

“Grand was certainly Grand”
Everything about this hotel was fantastic. It even had free massage chairs and a free Sake vending machine plus other drinks. Lovely choice for breakfast.
