USP of the place is easy access from train station. We stayed here transiting from earlier city onward to Tokyo. Very quick transfer. With easy reach for essentials and food, overall a good stay.

Excellent location, late check in available, had washer and drier on site so we could do our laundry. Lots of little conveniences (coffee & tea machine, vending machine, pjs, toiletries) that we missed at first (they're near reception, not in the rooms) but made life easier.

Well run business hotel. Very easy to get in and out. Breakfast is for those on the go but hits the spot if your looking for a simpler, business style hotel for a short stay. Very clean and good shower etc.

The staff and receptionist were all so nice and friendly. Even if their English isn’t their first language, they still are very helpful towards all our questions and with our navigation. We are very thankful to them all during our stay. Hotel is super comfy at the right size for the room and super clean. This was one of our best stays during our trip. We would rate it a very solid 9.7/10!!

Fantastic location, the hotel is only a 4 minute walk from the station. We had planned many day trips so being so close to the station made the days so much smoother. There are loads of shopping and restaurants near the hotel as well. I am happier we stayed so close to the station, as opposed to closer to Zenkoji Temple. Rooms were clean, warm, quiet and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful too. The breakfast was an amazing bonus too! The offerings varied slightly everyday. It was a great mix of Japanese cuisine and some Western breakfast foods like pastries. I enjoyed getting to taste Nagano specialities like soba and local apples. The hotel also offered takeout boxes to make your own takeaway breakfast. This is fantastic if you have an early start and don't have time to sit in and eat. Loved the room and the view. I would recommend booking here!

The room itself was really nice, and the views from the front window were beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Breakfast was also good, especially considering it was complimentary.
