The location right next to Nagano station is extremely convenient. The rooms are clean and front desk staff are generally friendly.

“Decent value, excellent location”
The location of hotel - opposite Nagano Station and walkable to the temple. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby Breakfast was ok with a decent selection of Western Style and Japanese style foods. The rooms were small but ok for a night. Tea bag and kettles in room with lots of additional tea bags in reception area

“Great location and delicious breakfast”
The hotel had a great location, just next to the Nagano station, which makes it a good base for day trips and city exploration. There are a lot of good restaurants around and the area is very lively. The beds were quite comfortable as well and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.

“Super convenient hotel”
Great Location, right in front of Nagano station. Many shopping & restaurants nearby. Clean room, good amenities, nice staff with good English. I am impressed with extra little things i.e. tea varieties, shoe dryer, small dining table for 3. Recommended.

The location is very convenient! The staff are professional, and communication in English was smooth and easy. One staff member even kindly helped us set up and unlock the bicycle rental app — we really appreciated it 🙏 Being able to explore beautiful Kanazawa by bicycle was such a memorable experience! In addition, both the food and accommodation were wonderful and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our entire stay. Thank you so much ☺️

1. Service provided by staff 2. Location is close to Nagano Station 3. Very generous handy small pack free cream for face and sunscreen for taking along for my resort trip. 4. Room wity twin bed is big enough and comfortable for 2 pax.

Right across the road from the main train stations and also the local bus terminus. Around 20 minutes or so easy walk to the Hondo.

The hotel is conveniently located right across from the train station and near plenty of convenience stores. The staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. The small rooms are really quite cramped and stuffy, so we upgraded upon arrival.
