Overview
Located just a 5-minute walk from JR Nagano Shinkansen (bullet train) Station, アイランドホテル boasts natural hot spring baths. Free wired internet is offered in the room. Coin-operated laundry machines and drink vending machines can be used. Each simple room at Hotel Island comes with a flat-screen TV, a small fridge and an electric kettle. A hairdryer and toiletries are included in the en suite bathroom. The hotel is an 8-minute drive from historic Zenko-ji Temple, one of Japan’s National Treasures. Nagano Prefectural Shinano Art Museum is also a 10-minute drive from the property.

“Good standard hotel”
Good hotel room with enough space we could set up our blow up toddler bed. Friendly staff. A small selection of welcome drinks in the lobby including hot or cold tea.

“Easy access from the train station”
It's really easy to access from the train station. The rooms are small but do the job. The staff were friendly and will let you leave luggage there before and after check in/out.

Comfortable hotel, well located approx 10 minutes walk from train station. Well equipped with shared microwave & laundry facilities. Elevator to upper floors. Convenience stores nearby.

“A pretty standard hotel, but with an added bonus.”
A short walk from the train station, this hotel is little tired, but it offers everything you'd expect and an added bonus: an onsen (with no additional requirement to cover tattoos).

It is very close to Nagano station just about 5mins . It may look old on outside but the room is clean and hotel provided good amenities for the stay.

“Good little hotel in Nagano”
The hotel was a 5 min easy walk from Nagano station, very close to shops and restaurants. The room was a little tired but a good size for two people. It was good value for money. The onsen was a nice treat.
