The roomnis clean, location is good as itbis just across the train station. It is also near convenitent stores, cafes and supermarket.

“Excellent short stay, wish we’d stayed longer”
The room was very clean and the beds were soooo comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we were able to store our luggage after we had checked out. The late 12.00 noon check out was excellent. The hotel is located in walking distance from the train station, sightseeing and plenty of options for eating both in the hotel and nearby.

The buffet breakfast offers great value — it’s affordable, tasty, and well presented. The restaurant is clean and comfortable, making it a pleasant way to start the day. The counter staff are also friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall experience. The location is very convenient, just a 2–3 minute walk to the train station. There’s also a 7-Eleven and other shops right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab anything you need.

Great location just across the road from the station. Rooms were large and beds were comfortable and the shower/bath was good. Staff super friendly and helpful. Very clean and well maintained.

Excellent value for money. Great location. Comfortable room. Highlight was the slippers provided. I have been using them every day since I stayed in this hotel (2 months ago). I am obsessed.

Larger than other hotel rooms I have stayed in Nagano city. Great location, just behind the station. For the price this was an excellent choice.

“Good value for money in a hotel less than 5 minutes' walk away from Nagano Station”
Location is convenient and close enough to Nagano Station. It is also less than a hundred meters away from a 7-11 store. Good value even though the hotel is a bit dated ... rooms are much larger than the usual chain hotels.
