“Loved it!”
It was 5 minutes walk from Nagano station, very easy to find. It has everything you need and some tea and coffee for free. The shower and toilet is really clean, and has everything you need to wash. It was a couple minutes walk away from nice bars and places to eat. The host is wonderful and so kind. There’s lockers for valuables. I would stay again

It's a simple accommodation, perfect for travelling on a budget, although it is a little compact. The room has space for four people and offers many facilities for guests. There are Konbini's and restaurants near.

I liked how comfortable everything is, that you have a kitchen and normal bathroom, and staff is very nice people. It is also very close to Nagano station!

“We truly appreciate the staff who accommodated us.”
It was great that AUN is very close to the train station. The place is clean, and there is free coffee and tea. But what made it even more unforgettable was the kindness of the staff who accommodated us. We really appreciate their kindness. Thank you very much. Personally, I hope that you will always have more guests.

“Better then sleeping in the cold... just”
Was cheap and easy to get to. The owner was helpful and kind, even though we had a late check in 11am. You really get what you pay or, which thankfully was a bed. Close to Trains and buses for the next part of our trip.

The owner made an effort to explain house rules well. English signs were clear, too. And he prepared travel guides. Non-Japanese should appreciate such things and be respectful. The man probably depends on this for income, and we get it for a VERY cheap price, unlike others that charge a lot so don't expect hotel-level accommodation. Travelers shouldn't behave like entitled guests. The bed was cozy. Location was a good walking distance to Nagano station and same block as a nice grocery store. All you need is there.

Great price, great location, very clean and organised space. I went back very late and left very early the next morning so did not get the full experience but it was perfect for my needs.
