“Comfortable hotel with the best service”
The service was the best I’ve ever had! Everyone in the hotel was really kind and they had a solution for every situation. The restaurant was great as well and the location was very convenient. I’d recommend this place with or without kids.

“A pleasure in hotel Ramsis!”
I had a very good time in hotel Ramsis. People from the reception were very nice and helpful. The cleaning lady, Fatima, was very helpful and nice. She could help me in everything I needed and always with a big smile. Houssam the taxi driver is a plus aswell, he took me to every place I wanted, if you go to Nador ask the reception to put you in contact with him, very good prices and safe. The guys in the restaurant were very nice, even when they couldn't speak foreign languages, they do their best to understand you and help you. Thanks to all of you in hotel Ramsis, one day I will be back

“Excellent place to stay.”
I arrived at the hotel with many problems to solve, and the staff there helped me with everything. Especially Sheima, who was very polite and patient, and who helped me with everything, always with a smile on her face. The accommodation is beautiful, a new apartment, well located, good bathroom and shower, equipped kitchen, and a good and well-served breakfast. Excellent place to stay.

This hotel is perfect while staying in Nador City. The staff were very kind and nice. Accommodation perfect, breakfast perfect and a great base to explore Nador and for me Melilla. Cant recommend enough. Thank you

They accepted our reservation but unfortunately there was a mistake and no room available. It can happen. They treated us with extreme courtesy and care. They found in very short time another accommodation and took personally there by taxi. They deserve a 10 for how they handled the situation

It was comfortable and clean and welcoming. There was street noise as our room faced the street but ear plugs silenced the noise and we both had a great sleep. It is a good location for coming and going from Melilla. Breakfast was awesome. I was impressed with the staff. The receptionist was helpful and friendly and did not try to sell us a taxi instead confirming bus 19/20 goes to he Beni Ansar border from just down the road. The staff at breakfast were also awesome.

“Exceeded expectations in every way.”
Location in centre of Nador is perfect for the Ferry Port. Recommendation of Casa Rica as a near and handy (walking distance) fish restaurant was perfect for our overnight stay. We did not get to try the Dar Abdesalam (Moroccan food) restaurant. Hopefully next time, as we plan to stay with Residence Ramis again next year (Maybe a trip into Algeria?).

“City center choice.”
Small quiet aparthotel in the very centre of the city. Helpful and oriented receptionists, specially Layla, with excellent English. Classy and tasty a la carte breakfast, with superb service. As well supper is fine dining class.
