Our door entry had issues. Would be preferred lower room closer to pool. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

“Close to airport”
I've stayed about 6 or 7 times there due to the close proximity to the airport. This time was the first time that the room was actually clean :) and the TV worked. I was able to have an ok sleep.

“Ace hotel much better for a stay for local, foreigner and romantic vacation.”
Ace hotel was impressive for transit passenger, located near the airport. Wifi service also much better, it has a complete security for room use and outside the room.

Staff were very helpful, close to the airport was great for transit. They had essential things you could buy incase you forgot something at reception as shops a abit of a walk and probably not a good idea to try walk in the evening as no street lights. Great aircon abit noisy but did the job well.
