Assume because of the end of the season, the hotel decreased the number of personal staff in the restaurants. We were waiting for the waiter to provide a menu about 40 minutes.

Location is good, easy to get to from Baku. Room service and maintenance teams did a great job. The hotel has so much open space. Loved the farm & forest. We informed the restaurant manager about my son's allergies in advance. They made sure everything he had was allergen-free.

Otelin məkanı, yerləşməsi ərazisi çox gözəldir. Təmizlik yüksək səviyyədədir. Dərmanlama çox yaxşı olduğu üçün meşənin içində bir ədəd də olsun ağcaqanada vəya başqa həşərata rastlamadıq. Sahibkar bəlli olur ki, otelə yaxşı dəyər verir. Mini heyvanxananı uşaqlar çox sevdi. Axşam əyləncəsi də uşaqlar və böyüklər üçün yaxşı təşkil olunub. Animatorlara xüsusi təşəkkürlər.

Probably it is the best resort out of Baku. The staff was always helpful and tried their best to provide maximum comfort for the guests. HB option is genuinely worth it - decent selection of tasty food. The room is very comfy and clean, also instead of single-use toiletries, you get dispensers of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Cars are not allowed to drive around the place (are parked at the entrance) which makes your walk safe and pleasant. Very green territory, surrounded by forest and river, you can see there swimming swans and ducks, also go fishing if you want and then one of their restaurants will cook your fish for you. 4-5 agile lifesavers around the pool will look after your kids while you are relaxing and taking the sun tan.

The resort is Amazing for relaxing and be in quite place and refreshing air and multiple activities! Wifi was good, The staff were amazing! thank you! the restaurant and bar is 24 hours open and that’s great service! the breakfast when I was there wasn’t open buffet! but they gave me a wonderful delicious choices!
