Julio was incredibly helpful as were the team who made breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and very peaceful. The scenery is amazing and we had a very relaxing break.

Lotan is a unique kibbutz with single appartments for teh quests ,w which were build bei the kibbutzim. As the whole , nearly everything ist build of self - made clay stone, Also much place for children , which will going wild by the self- made animals paying ground made of mud stone also. There is a common dining room for kibbutzim an guests. The unique of Lota is that it comes closest that, what a kibbutz was in fromer time. They work together, as far as i know, they plant alsowhat tehy need together, and that in southern Negev. Most of the other kibbutz in Israel have lost this charme, and the price are comparable to a hotel. We WANTED a unique Kinbbutz and we got it.

It was nice and quiet. We took a trip out and spent the rest of the time swimming in the pool. It was a good break for us.

Conveniently located if you want to visit Timna Park and eilat, a comfortable room,bed, and pillows. Nice outside picnic area and fun pool. Very helpful and kind staff

Very friendly and helpful staff, guiet and beautiful place to be. Breakfast was great and we also enjoyed the Eco tour which was very interresting.

“A peculiar experience in the desert”

I suggest to sleep in this Kibbutz, the experience is really peculiar and it's one of the best places where to stay in the desert

All people were absolutly kind, the Kibbuz was the most amazing I have visited on my trip. It's very ecological, respects the nature, has lovely people and the breakfast was also very nice. Sadly I only stayed for one night, if I visit Israel again, I would come back :)

It has been absolute fantastic. The atmosphere in the whole Kibbutz was so peaceful, calm and relaxing. The rooms were super cosy and nicely decorated. Breakfast in the super food van outside was just perfect.

Its got style - a lot of the buildings look like they are built from or finished in mud. The breakfast was excellent - omelettes, tahini, bread, cheese, coffee etc. - it set us up nicely for our days cycle to Eilat. The mini market has what you need to cook an evening meal. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Pretty good value for money.

“Perfect for families who want to taste the Arava nature”

Spent 4 nights with my 2 sons (1 yo and 3 yo) and we enjoyed every moment. The kibbutz is perfect for children and the ECO KEF was so interesting for both me and my sons- a must seen! In addition the breakfasts was amazingly tasty (salad was made from the fresh vegetables grown in the nearby garden). Finally, the location is perfect- around 30 min. From Timna park, Hai bar, coral reef in Eilat and Yotvata. Can’t wait to come back again.

“We would not choose this place for a stay. They should have had some communication with us.”

We were charged for B & B. however were told breakfast was only served at 8.30 as mentioned by the fellow who met us. This did not suit us, since we got going early. Also mentioned to him. He did not offer any alternative offer - any discount on price.

The room was clean same said for the towels and bed linnings. The breakface was nice and Debby (who served us) was very kind and wellcomming.
