This small luxury hotel, built in 1850 as the centre of society, stands proudly under the ragged shadow of Mount Taygetos. “Beautiful, peaceful hotel with friendly staff in excellent location”
Beautiful property in quiet location . We had room in main building with views over to the mountains. Staff very friendly. Lent us kettle to make tea !

“A little "secret" highly recommended gem!”
This accommodation is a little gem that I highly recommend. Parking is available just a few meters away on the side of the public road, but it’s used only by hotel guests. We stayed in a room in an annex set in the garden with orange trees and a view of the Myrta Fortress. It was absolutely quiet, and the room was very comfortable, spacious, well-heated during the cold months, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom features a toilet, sink and a very large shower stall, with all toiletries provided. The breakfast buffet is fantastic (served in a very charming room with a barrel vaulted ceiling), featuring delicious Greek specialties all homemade by Mrs. Maria, who is happy to share some of her “secret” recipes with her guests. Also recommended for a stay of several days if you want to explore the Sparta region. The accommodation does not have a restaurant, but there are taverns in the village center within a 5-minute walk.

“A charming boutique hotel with superb breakfast”
The room was beautifully decorated and well appointed. Breakfast is a highlight, with an amazing array of local delicacies. The hotel is just a few minutes by foot from the main square, where there are a few restaurants and cafes.

“Comfortable with a touch of class”
We had a deluxe room which was very large, attractive enough.with a painted ceiling, and well appointed. An excellent breakfast was served in a room with vaulted ceiling, rather special.A comfortable stay with a touch of class, helpful staff. Location wasn't terrific: a bit too far to walk down a dodgy road to the square in Mystra on a dark night.

Amazing hospitality and rooms - Felt like we were staying in a castle! Breakfast the next morning was delicious and we were able to eat in the beautifully kept gardens.
