“Agreeable well resourced cabins on campsite near Mystras.”
This is a campsite which also has little cabins; we stayed in a deluxe cabin. Comfortable and well resourced with in-room desk, kettle and coffee machine. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Friendly staff and decent enough on-site restaurant. Walking distance from Neo-Mystras where there are tavernas, and indeed you can walk to the Mystras heritage site in half an hour.

A lovely bungalow in a low key, relaxed setting, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Mystras. Nice pool and the camping looks good too!

Newly renovated rooms. Our only very minor complaint was that the aircon was a little loud (only in one of the two rooms). Otherwise excellent!

“Very pleasant stop over at Mystras”
The bungalow was very modern and spacious with the separate lounge area. Very comfortable and clean and great to have the pool too. Lovely little camping site and restaurant.

“A relaxing place in Mystras”
The camping Is situated at only 6 mins car from the ancient Mystras archeological site. It has everything needed in each room, and it also has an internal restaurant service. The pool is very big and beautiful.

Amazing bungalow room like a higher end hotel! Best bed & pillows I encountered on my road trip so far. Very friendly staff as well. Private parking on terrain. Location just 5 minutes walk from town centre.

“Amazing location & Friendly staff”
Great location to enjoy the small town of Mystras and the forteress. The staff were super nice. Special bonus: we visited in August, and the swimming pool was perfect to cool down before visiting the archeological site (or after!)

“Refreshing Halt”

“Wonderful place to stay in Mystras”
We were really surprised by the bungalow we stayed in. We were expecting it to be quite basic but it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The air con was very welcome given we stayed mid summer. The young lady working there (sorry I have forgotten your name) was super helpful and friendly. The pool was lovely, never busy, and the views of the mountains are amazing, you can even see parts of ancient Mystras whilst you swim! The site is well maintained and didn't feel like a campsite although some camper vans did come and go whilst we were there and there were communal facilities for them but you have all you need in the bungalow. We had one evening meal there which was delicious - a decent choice of typical Greek grilled food on the menu. For the other evenings we walked into town (a 10 minute stroll). It was a great base to explore the area including Ancient Mystras, Monemvasia, Gytheio, Caves of Diros, the very hip Limeni and took the Langada Pass through the Taygetus Mountains when we left....not for drivers or passengers with a nervous disposition but spectacular. Overall a great find in a beautiful area.
