Overview
Paradise Studios features self-catered accommodation with views of the Libyan Sea or the village, located either a few metres from the beach or at the village centre. Free Wi-Fi is provided. All air-conditioned studios are simply decorated while some also have a kitchenette with a mini fridge, cooking hobs and coffee maker. A TV and private bathroom with shower are included. Taverns, cafés and shops can be found within a short walk from Paradise Studios. a diving centre and boat rental facilities are located nearby. The town of Ierapetra lies 15 km away and Heraklion International Airport is 80 km away.

Its a beautiful place with rooms having balconies overlooking the sea. Comfortable bed. My room had a kitchenette. Super nice stuff and quiet at night. Excellent value for the money. I am surprised the low score on booking. Its a great place!

“Not happy”
The room was in the back street on the ground floor next to the restaurant right by the tables. The curtains were full of tape and holes. I booked a room for a sea view and all I could see was the back streets. Would not recommend. I didn't stay I told them I wouldn't stay there and they wouldn't give me a refund even though I barely stayed five minutes there. After I left I met people that told me the owner always scams people and doesn't give the room they said. Be careful because it might not be what they say.

“Disappointment”
A great disappointment. We booked: a 20 m2 room, 40 meters from the beach with a "Side Sea View" and free wifi. We got: a 10 m2 room, 100 meters from the beach. No wiev whatsoever. No wifi and a lousy bathroom with no hot water in the shower. Loud greek music and traffic noise until 4 in the morning. When we complainet to the owner upon arrival, he offered to "upgrade" us for an additional 15 euro.

“Perfect sea view right on the beach”
We chose the property for the balcony and sea view which were perfect in the mornings having our coffee The twin beds were comfy, the room was light and airy with a kettle, fridge and hob. Air con was good

Our accommodation was finally in a different building than advertised address. The room was in a former shop in the village centre (instead of the beach). The glass shop window was covered with textiles secured with adhesive tape. Toilet was without vaccuming. Good mattresses, but other equipment was insufficient. We preferred to pay for accommodation elsewhere.

Have stayed b4 years ago .. updated and fabulous … lots of steps to get to higher rooms .. lower room available .. we paid Cash to owner, for our stay !!!!!

It was very clean. The room was directly in Front of the beach. Nice view from the balcony. You could see the whole beach. Bakery, butcher and Supermarket were on the next corner. The owner and his Crew were very friendly and you feel very safe there. All in all it was very good. We had a nice vacation there
