Room service came in the room at 9:30, and check out wasn't until 11:00 my husband only had his boxers on. She knocked. I was in the shower, and she proceeded to come on in... Please wait until check out time before entering the room..

Room - very good, bed - very good. Cleanliness - excellent! Staff - beyond good and attentive - excellent. Very quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive!!! Especially Janet Nesbitt at the front desk. Janet is exceptional and a very rare commodity in hospitality these days. Also "J" at the Tiki bar - kind, friendly and attentive. Hard to find people of this quality today!

The room itself is wonderful as well as the facilities and the easy access to parking. The staff was polite and over the course of the week I met over a dozen of them. They were all excellent ambassadors of your hotel especially loved access to the beach.

I love the location !the room was very clean and a lot of space for me and my family we stayed for two days we enjoyed it so much that was considering paying for a extra day the rooms was clean just like the pictures the ocean front view was beautiful the kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub i enjoyed the bar lol everything was wonderful

“Buyers remorse.”
The room size was decent and clean, but had to ask for housekeeping to make bed, empty trash and for fresh towels.
