We stayed with our family from July 26-28, 2025. The room was on the 12th floor. The room was very humid, the ceiling didn't dry out, and water dripped from the ceiling onto the bed at night. The hotel was very old and neglected, the breakfast was terrible, and there was no choice at all. The pillows were moldy, and the room was very dirty. The elevators were very slow, and we had to wait for a long time. The staff was friendly, the beach was clean and beautiful, and the hotel pools were clean.

“Not pleasant stay, would not return or recommend. The hotel disparately needs an upgrade or refresh.”
Two pools and hot tubs were adequate. The pool on the 10th floor was welcome.
