Located on the marina, the Marina Inn at Grande Dunes is located 1.5 miles from the shores of Myrtle Beach. “Generally disappointing, in need of a refurbishment, clean and friendly helpful staff”
Staff were responsive and friendly. View from balcony v. nice and pool area outside was clean, as was the room and general space (except internal pool). The breakfast was ok. Decent size room and bathroom.

“Lovely place, friendly people.”
We had a two bedroom suite in one of the towers. Lovely room, great view from out balconies, very comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the pool, and the pool bar. Everyone we encountered from reception, to pool bar, to Starbucks coffee guy and restaurant staff, to housekeeping and bellmen was friendly and helpful.

“Not our favorite.”
The hotel has an ambiance. Beautiful pool area. Nice TV. Very comfortable bed. The valet/concierge was very helpful, even though we didn't require the service.

“Terrible except for the upgrade i got due to leakage in the shower”
Staff were horrible except for Laura at the front desk office, Jamie and Gina at the bar, and the rest are arrogant demotivated staff. It took 2 days to get us coffee mugs, they didn't clean the trash, they only replace towels, and not servuce the room. I don't recommend it check some other place by the water, not a shuttling service from the hotel.the hotel Cabana at the beach was closed for 2 days which nobody had informed us beifre dropping us there. Nowhere to buy food or water as the resort beside our cabana was a members' only and can't get access to it.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic service. Everyone was more than friendly and kind. The kids loved the pool, which included free towels. Shuttle to the private beach is flawless.
