“Nasty Place - Yuck”
This room cost us over $300 for one night (closer to $400) so we expected it to be pretty nice. It was a dump. The room was Motel 6 quality at best - rickety air conditioner that sounded like a small guage train rumbling through the room all night. The sink was greasy (suntan oil?) with grimy sand mixed in and there wasn't even a toilet paper holder - the roll sat on the edge of the sink. Shall I go on???

The location is amazing! Right on the beach, each room has a view of the ocean, and you can walk to the beach and some restaurants (we ate at the Conch Cafe and really enjoyed it).

“This place was magical.”
The location. We were in a 4th floor room with a balcony overlooking the beach. We watched a storm come in, we saw the sunrise, it was magical. I also really appreciated the number of towels that were stocked in our room. I felt that was really thoughtful.

Very friendly&helpful. Our kid damaged the toilet and we got a new room within minutes. Rooms were comfortable and overall better then expected considering the price. Would definitly stay again.
