Clean and cozy. Helpful and polite staff. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and everything needed in the room. Close to the beach and good amenities by the pools.

The rooms were very clean! Located near everything! Rooms were spacious, beds comfortable. The two bedroom suite kitchen was very equipped. Bathrooms were awesome. Enjoyed the game room and the bar and grill. Right on the ocean!

Loved the Suite. Great location lots around to do. Travellings here for first time in low peak season was a bit different. Stores open later. Not much entertainment. I thought they would have done more on resort. But otherwise great stay. Love the pools.

“Luxurious stay at the end of our holiday”

Amazing room with a side view of the sea. Lovely balcony to sit out on although didn't get a lot of sun due to the height of the accommodation towers. Facilities in the hotel were good. The lazy rivers were relaxing and the direct access to the beach was another bonus. We also really like our room which was a 2 bedroom suite with jacuzzi bath and kitchenette area. All in all a very relaxing place to stay.

The resort had multiple pools and jacuzzis both indoor and outdoor, spread out across the resort with ample seating options, fire pits for cool nights and chairs/swings facing the ocean. The hotel had a restaurant, game room, and gift shop ensuring that most travel (touristic) needs were covered. All of the staff were friendly and the staff that worked promoting time shares were not pushy or insistent which is much appreciated as we were not interested in buying. The condo we stayed in was spacious, very clean and fully equipped.

I didn't eat the breakfast there. I had brought my own food to fixed it in the room the room I had a kitchen so I enjoyed fixing my own food.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Because of some reviews i read, I was worried about being pressured to buy a timeshare or listen to sales pitches. We experienced none of that! We had a great time!
