“Amazing views and host”

Incredible views over the fjord from both inside the dome and the decking, very peaceful location. Marianne was a wonderful host who clearly puts so much thought and care into ensuring guests have a great stay. We felt very welcomed and it was a perfect way to end our trip in Lofoten Islands. Highly recommend staying here.

“Unbeatable Experience”

Everything was beyond incredible. The hosts Marianne and Freddie are so kind and welcoming, and are dedicated to creating a bespoke and magical experience at their property. The dome accomodation is incredible with full 360 degree view of the dancing Northern Lights over the peaceful fjord. It is elegantly outfitted in muted decor with plush beddings, contains a warm wood fire to really enhance the ambiance, and is looped by a wooden balcony - perfect to pass snowy stays or sunny days.

It was real GLAMOROUS camping. Many details, which make the stay unforgettable. Thanks to our careful hosts we really enjoyed it.

“Absolutely incredible!”

What a spot this is! The dome is beyond cosy and luxe, with incredible views amongst the mountains. We had great luck seeing the northern lights on both nights of our stay, which can be enjoyed from the patio or from right inside the dome. Marianne and Freddie were lovely and very accomodating, even leaving us fresh eggs from their chickens for breakfast! This stay was worth every penny.

Very friendly host (Marianne) who is willing to help. As the entry to the site was down and up hill covered with snow and ice, the host helped to navigate my way to the parking spot. Free parking space just next to the dome. It is a glass-like (not glass, PC I guess) surfaced igloo style dome with a very sturdy structure. Big and very very comfy bed with good beddings inside the dome. Fridge and blutooth speakers. Big sofas. Very nice wood fire stove that gave out enough heat through out the chilly night. Pity the weather stayed very cloudy throughout the night, no aurora sightings available. The view from the room is breathtaking in the morning. The host provided bread, spreads, coffee, yogurt, ham, cheese, and some fruit for breakfast.

Such an amazing find! Would have loved to stayed here longer. Please note there is no wifi but my partner and I felt that added to the experience! We played board games sitting by the fire watching the night sky, such a great break from the city lights.

Where to begin… the breakfast was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, we had everything we needed. The hosts are incredibly attentive and make you feel right at home. They have created a truly incredible experience and we cannot wait to come back. We were lucky to see the northern lights and nothing can beat sitting by a cozy fire with very comfortable and warm slippers (provided) and talking and reading. There is no wifi, but embrace it. This is a very great thing and makes the glamping experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

The view from the dome is lovely, although it rained constantly the whole time for us. We didn't see the northern lights due to bad weather, which was the main reason for staying there. The bed and down duvets were to die for - absolutely gorgeous! Having a fireplace with plenty of dry wood was a real treat and added to the cozy atmosphere. Take all your food because there are no shops/restaurants nearby.

Very generous basket of food for breakfast. Included cheeses, pastrami, jam, bread, juice, yogurt and fruit. The view is amazing! The fireplace makes it cozy on cold nights. The bed and comforters are very comfortable. The kitchen (in a separate building) was convenient for making meals. The best thing about this place is the host. Marianne and Freddy were so friendly and wanted to make our stay unforgettable. They were the nicest people we met in Norway!

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at this charming dome. From the moment we arrived, the warm and genuine hospitality of the owners—a kind and attentive couple—made us feel completely at home. Our room was tastefully decorated with luxurious details, and the breathtaking view added to the magic. One of the most enchanting features was the wood-burning stove, which filled the space with a cozy warmth and created an incredibly romantic atmosphere—perfect for a peaceful evening. The breakfast was generous and delicious, and both the separate kitchen and bathroom were spotless and fully equipped. We spent a magical night here and wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Lofoten Islands. Especially during the Northern Lights season, this location offers one of the best chances to witness the aurora, thanks to the beautifully dark surroundings at night.. 10/10

“Great place to relax and chill in a unique setting”

Everything! Beautiful setting, cozy dome and site had everything you could want! The deck area overlooks the fjord and is so quiet and peaceful. The bathroom is set a few steps away but that is all part of the place…the shower was great! Plenty of hot water from the spring…. The kitchen was well equipped and there was also a microwave in the dome along with a fridge. Excellent quality breakfast! We left our suitcases in the car and just took what we needed into the dome which worked well….we didn’t want to spoil the ambiance with our clutter! Very friendly hosts, lovely to chat to. It does make sense to take food with you….once there you won’t want to leave to shop…… The owners plan more for the site- can’t wait to see how it develops….
