Not only the location is really convenient, but also the shuttle service provided make it much easier to travel around in the area, which is the catch of skiing in Myoko. The hotel is well maintained and equipped, and also very clean. I also like the hotel never bing too busy and the friendly staff.

Amazing location in Akakura Onsen, close to the entry point for the the ski lifts, in-house onsen, amazing service - with shuttles from the station and to different ski slopes.

“Falls far short of expectations for the price paid.”
Close proximity to ski slopes, ski rental and restaurants. We booked a family room which is large for Japanese standards. The room was clean and tidy. Unusually it had 2 toilets, double vanity sink, a separate shower and a large bathtub. However the tiled shower and bath area is not heated. The hotel provides a free transfer to nearby ski resorts including Ikenotaira and Suginohara which was awesome.

“Excellent location, amazing hosts, comfy rooms, right in the heart of town and only 100 metres to chairlift!”
This is our second stay at The Address. One of the best positions for a ski holiday in this small friendly town. Rooms good sizes and clean facilities. Onsen is available within the hotel for relaxation after a hard day skiing. We were looked after throughout by Helen and nothing was too much to ask from here. Both her and John are excellent hosts. Right across from the supermarket and very short walk to local restaurants and ski hire etc. plus about 100 metres to the chair lifts…what’s not to love?
