The property was excellent. Really clean can’t fault. The staff were great couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The family made us very welcome. The pool side bar is great and breakfast was delicious. Very quiet for someone wanting a relaxing holiday. Pool is great and clean.

It has to be one of the best, if not the best guest house we have stayed at in Greece. The whole family, and Millie the puppy were so welcoming and the villa was in a perfect location for us being only a ten minute walk fron Mylopotas beach. Our room was spotlessly clean, bright, well equipped and very quiet. Breakfast by the pool was delightful and transfers to and from the port were included. This was Ios at its best.

The location was perfect. Only a few minutes walk from Mylopotas beach and a 20-minute ride to almost anywhere on the island. Owners were very friendly and offered free transport from and to port. The room was clean, and so was the garden and pool area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Ios!

Maria and her family looked after us very well. The hotel had great views from the rooms and pool area over the bay. It is a short walk to the beach and restaurants in Milopotas as well as rental car and mini-market. It is a quiet location.

Immaculately clean, great facilities, free port pick up and drop off, superb owner/staff, lovely for families and couples as not in the hustle and bustle of the party venues. Close to amenities and town with good bus service.

Great location, tucked away from the busy area but nice easy walk to get to the sea front. Lovely, kind family run accommodation. Transfers to and from ferry supplied by funny Dad who provided history about the island.

The house is absolutely beautiful – everything was spotlessly clean and clearly prepared with great care to make us feel welcome. The neighborhood is lovely and very peaceful (ideal for families), and we felt safe and at ease. We were warmly welcomed and truly appreciated the hospitality.

As the saying goes, people make the place, so our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful with everything that we needed. Villa Anna Maria is very well located, so close to Mylopotas beach and a short bus ride to Chora. The property has all the needed amenities, with a nice pool and sun beds, it is extremely clean and very well maintained. Each accommodation comes with a terrace, offering a magical view over the sunset, in the silence of the evening. We would like to thank our hosts for making our stay so welcoming!

Anna and Yiannis were amazing hosts. They were so inviting and welcoming. We had lovely chats with both over our stay and they were so helpful with transfers to and from the port and with any other queries we had. The place itself was so clean with the most gorgeous views. Already thinking about returning next summer for a longer stay. The pool area was so relaxing and quiet - the whole area was just gorgeous. We would all highly recommend the stay - even to chat to the beautiful hosts.

Amazing hotel run by a lovely local family who were so accommodating our entire stay. Perfect location near the beach and not far from Chora. Picked us up from the port and dropped us back which we were very appreciative of. 100% would stay here again on our next trip to Ios.

Everyone was super nice to us. They helped us when we needed it, the apartment was fine and the pool next to it was very nice. It was not overcrowded and they themselves drove us from the port to the villa. If we ever come back to Ios for sure we will choose the same accommodation again.
