“Lovely stay.”
It’s a great location and our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The beach is a few minutes away. There is a bus stop just above the property to get you straight to the chora and the port for only €2. The studio had plenty of room and we cooked for ourselves.

A breathtaking view from the level terrace that looks out over the azure waters of Mylopotas Beach, complemented by the soothing sounds of nature. This year, the warm and hospitable Eleni has once more provided us with some local olive oil.

Great location as very close to Mylopotas beach, and there is a bus stop 2 minutes walk away making it very easy to get to other areas of Ios. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving us lots of information about things to do and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned daily with fresh towels and bed sheets. I thought it was great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay!

The photos on the website do not make justice to the beautiful place we’ve been! We were a group of 14 people and we stayed at Sunshine Studios for 7 days. The hosts were always available and super helpful, and they even gifted us fresh tomatoes from the garden, along with some cute keychains at the end of our stay! The rooms were perfectly clean, and new linens and towels were supplied daily. The small kitchen was equipped with large pots, plates and everything you might need to eat a home cooked meal, which we often enjoyed all together on the patio just outside our rooms. The place was also a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Mylopotas beach and to the bus stop, making it very easy to move around even without a car or scooters. Overall, I would definitely recommend it!

Comfortable accomodation in a great location. Everything you need. 2 min walk from the beach and very easy access into Ios town with the bus stop also a 2 min walk away and buses running every 15 mins. The room was clean, staff were extremely accomodating and friendly, providing all amenities as needed. The owner saw we were using a kitchen pot for a kettle and provided an electric kettle without us even asking. Would stay again

“Super place!”
Very clean and spacious rooms, with all the equipment you need in the kitchen. Located in a peaceful place, away from traffic noise. Mylopotas beach, where you also find restaurants and bars, is just a 5 min walk away. We had a wonderful stay, especially thanks to the very friendly hosting family!

“5* budget accommodation”
We loved our stay here. We were travelling around the greek islands and this spacious apartment was one of the cleanest and the best value for money we booked. It is run by the family owners who are on hand if you need them and super friendly and made us feel so welcome even sharing their family bbq with us as we returned from a walk. Towels and linen are changed daily if you want them and we had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. They even let us use the washing machine. The location is perfect as it is only a few minutes walk from the lovely beach (which has a great sunset), restaurants and small supermarkets. This may be budget accommodation but it is a 5* location, 5* cleanliness and 5* service.

“Amazing place”
Amaizng location right near the beach and bus stop which takes you into town and down to the port as well. We were there in off season so not much open but was nice just to relax on a beach
