Overview
The Cycladic-style Island House is situated only 250 metres from Mylopotas beach in Ios. The hotel offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi and free parking facilities. The airy and bright studios and apartments of the Island House have kitchenette with fridge and bathroom with hairdryer. Safety boxes are available to hire at the reception. All rooms have private balconies, some with sea view. Island House Hotel has a large swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as a poolside bar. A lounge TV room and a garden with barbeque facilities are available on site. Upon arrival and departure, guests of the Island House enjoy complimentary transfer from and to the port.

“Excellent”
Only 2 to 3 minute from the beach so did not use the pool but it looked good. Breakfast was great and given a choice which was assembled or cooked there and then. And a choice to where one could have the breakfast near reception or by the pool. A friendly family run hotel. One could not ask for more.

Had the most amazing stay at the island house hotel. It was the homeliest, cleanest and most welcoming stay. The breakfast was amazing every morning and looked forward to the homemade baked goods each day. Location is close to the beach and they are very helpful with recommending restaurants and getting around the island.

The owners are a lovely couple. They picked us up from the port and dropped us off at no extra cost. They explained the area and were available for any questions. Amazing people and a wonderful stay at the place.

Everything was very nice, I stayed one week in one of the studios and 3 days with a friend in one of the maisonettes, both had everything you need, very nice designed and very clean. The owners have been superb and very helpful, great stay. It feels literally to be in an island as it's in a very peaceful area :)

“Exceptional hospitality in a peaceful location.”
Everything about this place is outstanding. We received hospitality way beyond anything we have experienced before, this family run business knows how to look after tourists, we were met at the ferry and nothing was too much trouble for them. The pool was delightful. The breakfasts were incredible value, varied and delicious. The wifi was free and very fast. The proximity to multiple good restaurants and beach - all within a short walk made our stay very easy.

“Relaxing and idyllic”
We loved how peaceful it was. Family run and extremely helpful. Our daughter was 8 and they supplied a special birthday pancake for her. We loved our terrace next to the pool, and the Greek coffee was delicious! My daughter enjoyed the chocolate milkshakes 😃 a short walk to the beach with bus stop at end of the road. We were very sad to leave but wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to Anna and her family for a wonderful stay and also a happy 7th birthday to Anna’s son!

“Perfect”

Absolutely Amazing Stay! Everything was amazing! The staff were so lovely and welcoming — they truly made us feel special. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and they even did a gorgeous honeymoon decoration that made our stay extra memorable.
